Instructions
Step 1
Place all three ingredients into the food processor and process to combine for about 10 seconds.
Step 2
Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and continue to process again for five seconds until it balls up.
Step 3
I use a cookie scooper to scoop 12 mounds onto a piece of parchment paper.
Step 4
Then, roll them in between your hands to smooth them out. Store in fridge.
