I'm really impressed with this recipe! I expected to need a blender at least, but it all mixed through super easy in a bowl using a fork. Barely any cleanup 😍 I used overripe mango instead of strawberries, just mashing the mango up with a fork. I can see so many potential variations with this recipe; different fruits, yogurt (kefir yogurt?), biscuit bases, flavour extracts...
