I really liked it. I left it longer, 45 minutes and that worked for me. My husband said the chicken was still a little tough, but I thought it was fine. My 1 year old enjoyed it too. Hubby also said it was a little lacking in flavor, but I'm sure that can be remedied by adding the spices of your preference. Would make again, but not as a regular dish.
