Creamy Chicken Spinach Soup Recipe

Added celery and onion to the base and then also put some cheese tortellini in it. Came out great. I can see using the cauliflower cream recipe for a lot of other uses too.

Didn't use the chicken, neather the chicken broth. Really good!

When I made mine I put about 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese in. So hardy and yummy!

So good! I left out the mushrooms but still came out delicious!

So easy! Immersion blender made it even easier. I mixed up the spices a bit for more of a kick because we really like flavor here and added extra spinach, but that cauliflower cream base was the star. Great idea.

An original method for a lighter but creamy soup. Delicious!

This is delicious. I eat dairy free, but it’s so creamy, I couldn’t tell it was.
