Low Carb Cream Cheese Fudge

This is a good low carb dessert for diabetics. I have made 3 times now. Tips: 1. You really do need to use a hand mixer not stand mixer. 2. Keep in the freezer since made with cream cheese. 3. Precut and use parchment paper to keep separate. I added a few chocolate chips on top as preferred this way by the sweet tooth in the family.
