Buttery Baked Lobster Tails

Cooked two 25 oz Caribbean lobsters for my family. Did a little extra to this recipe. Drizzled a bit of honey on top and used lime instead of lemons. Also covered with aluminum foil when it was cooking in the oven to keep them from drying out. Cooked for 40 minutes because they were huge tails (1.5 minutes for each ounce). Came out great!

Omg 🥰 only my second time doing lobster and it was great! I cooked it in the air fryer and opted for the shorter time. They were so good!

Didn’t follow tic for tac and didn’t have a lot of the herbs needed to make a proper herb butter. I used a lil bit of cilantro stems(they have more of the flavor) and basil which sufficed, having made tails my first time it was a great experience! Recommend for anyone who is afraid of lobster and haven’t prepared their first lobster before, it was really easy just make sure to have scissors on hand!
