plain, or 5 eggs worth of egg replacer, prepared

2 cupswhite unbleached flour
organic

⅓ cuppowdered sugar
yup

3 tsppaprika

2 tspcracked black pepper

1 Tbspcayenne pepper
I love my food really spicy, you can add less if you don’t, + more for seasoning finished product

1 tspchili powder

1 tsphimalayan salt

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspgarlic powder

peanut oil
for frying

Burger buns
use whatever you want! I used white buns to be authentic
