These chicken tenders are absolutely juicy and crispy. There is no better way to make fried chicken tenders than marinating them in buttermilk. Then deep fried these breaded tenders to perfection.

Ingredients

2 cupPlain flour
½ cupPotato Starch
1 tspOnion powder
1 tspSalt
1 tspWhite pepper
1 tspGarlic Powder
½ tspSmoked paprika
½ tspChilli Powder
4Egg white
eggs
oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the pickle brine from the pickle jar. Take chicken tenders and add in a big bowl.
Step 2
Combine the pickle brine, buttermilk, black pepper, and cayenne pepper with chicken tender in a sealable container.
Step 3
Mix well , cover and leave for 2 hours
Step 4
Once the chicken is ready, start heating the oil in wok at 170c.
Step 5
In a plain flour, combine potato starch , garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chilli powder, salt, white and black pepper. Give it a mix and set aside
Step 6
Add the egg whites into a bowl and whisk.
Step 7
Transfer the chicken f rom the marination into the egg whites. then dip one piece at a time in the flour mixture.
Step 8
Allow the chicken fingers to sit for 10 minutes before f rying. Fry the chicken fingers for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot and Enjoy!
