Great! I would reduce cooking time from 3 minutes to 1 minute and quick release because the chicken was a bit tough. By the time you’re done mixing in the corn starch slurry, that chicken is sure to be cooked through.
I added chopped fresh pineapple and edamame and it’s delish served over rice. Made plenty of sauce.
