Instant Pot Sweet And Sour Chicken

So very mid.

Used about 6 boneless chicken thighs. Added sri racha, black pepper, paprika, and a little salt. Used fish sauce instead of oyster sauce. Didn't use instant pot. Cooked chicken first, then added ginger/garlic, then added veggies till soft, then added the sauce.

Tasted like sweet n sour chicken. I used riced cauliflower. Super easy to make

Definitely double the sauce. Came out great when I did.

I would make it again but fry the chicken.

Added slice carrots to put more veg in.

Seriously so good! I have a picky husband and kids and they all requested more! Making more rice right now for lunch tomorrow! Definitely double the sauce!

Good recipe but next time I'll double the sauce so there is more for the rice.
