NYC Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Oven temperature too high so need to adjust, we're quite hard for me, I prefer thin and Crispy, but have had to triple recipe and bake for grandson and friends who think they came from heaven (they're all in their 20"s!) Will reduce the size a little for me and play with the bake time.

Yuk. Too cakey, very little flavour

Froze them for too long so they didn't spread out as much as I wanted them to, but still amazing! 8 cookies makes them absolutely huge

Halve size of cookies described in recipe (at least!)
