outer leaves removed, softer inside chopped finely, or replace with 2 tsp lemongrass paste

make sure it's a gluten-free brand if needed
1 tspbrown sugar
fresh coriander stalks
½ tspsalt
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 ½ Tbspcornflour
cornstarch
1kgbraising beef
beef chuck, chopped into chunks
¼ tspsalt
¼ tspfreshly ground black pepper
400mlbeef stock
2 stock cubes with water is fine, use kallo beef bouillon cubes for gluten-free
400gcan coconut milk
it's usually gluten-free, but double check
500gbaby new potatoes
slice any bigger ones in half
1juice of lime
boiled rice
fresh coriander
chopped, cilantro
red chillies
