Ingredients: 2 tbsp of olive oil; 1 medium onion, diced; 3 cloves of garlic, minced; 1 large red pepper, diced; 1 lb of ground sirloin; ¼ cup of oatmeal; 1/3 cup of bread crumbs or panko bread; ¾ cup grated hard cheese such as Parmigiano Reggiano; 2 eggs; 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar; 2 tbsp of fresh basil leaves, chopped; 1 tbsp of fresh parsley leaves, chopped; ½ cup marinara sauce; or made from scratch version; 1/2 cup of ketchup; 1 tsp of ground cumin; ¼ tsp of Worcestershire sauce; ¼ tsp of hot sauce/ Tabasco; 1 tbsp of honey

Family sized sirloin meatloaf with delicious glaze. This recipe comes with two different variations of glaze/sauce. For an easier recipe, you may use store bought low sugar marinara sauce.
