Instant Pot Taco Pasta

I used homemade Rotel tomatoes. Instead of just tomatoes.

Comes together quickly and easily, even when not done in the instant pot. Very good. I added extra cheese, cause why not.

I had to wing it and make this from a guess. The website has so many pop ups and other window stealing items it was so damn hard to follow the instructions. So I'm cooking taco meat, boiling pasta, simmering some onions, chilis in the meat, adding in cheese, tomatoes and corn then pasta and stirring. Stop rewarding bad, money hungry websites with recommendations.

We forgot that we had no ground meat anymore huhu but this was already good 🤤😍

I added half the pasta and the same of everything else. It was really good!!

This was REALLY tasty, very quick, and SUPER easy! My family liked it a lot. I made it for a family who welcomed a baby and they loved it!

It was good, but it tasted a little bland. Definitely will add more seasoning next time.

Used cholula medium taco seasoning mix.

Might make some tweaks here and there but overall very good and easy to make!

Made it twice now, both times delicious. I do stovetop instead of instant pot but it comes out fantastic. Used one can Casa Mamita brand diced tomatoes with green peppers, plus the liquid, instead of 1 can tomatoes and 1 can peppers.

Delicious, cheap, fast and easy! What more could you ask for? 😋🤤 I loooove my spice so added 1 tbsp of Italian herbs and used 2 packets of seasoning mix and there were no leftovers feeding my group of 5!

Had a little kick, but not much flavor at first. If you like stringer flavor add more Mexican spices. Had to add 2 extra cups of water to cover all of the pasta

I'm pescetarian so I used a roll of impossible sausage I had, and I also used 8oz of cheese to make it extra cheesy. Really yummy, but makes way more than 6 servings.

Add some extra seasoning for a bit more flavor and maybe a dash of Chalula.

Definitely something quick and easy to make when you don’t want to spend over an hour cooking!

My husband and I can’t eat tomatoes so we made it with all ingredients but tomato based ones. We added sliced black olives at the end with the cheese. Very tasty.

Easy recipe, kinda bland, added taco sauce and a little sour cream.

It was good, but nothing incredible. I did add some salsa for better taste. C'était bon, mais rien d'incroyable. J'ai ajouté de la salsa pour donner du goût.

Made on stovetop instead of instapot. (Browned meat and onion, added everything but cheese and pasta, brought to a boil, added pasta and let simmer for 10 minutes, added cheese) also used 2 packs of taco seasoning

Remember to drain grease after sauté meat.

Wasn't made in an instant pot, it came out delicious. Only thing I changed was getting the low sodium taco seasoning. It was so good that my toddler enjoyed it

As recommended by others, I added a second packet of taco seasoning and a block of cream cheese. It was fantastic! Will definitely be making it again!

Delicious 10/10. Definitely needs sour cream to top off at the end as it’s a taco style meal. But great tasting overall. For this recipe I just cooked the meat and noodles separately did not use a instant pot and still ended up great.

So delicious! Didn’t add the green chilies just added a little bit of jalapeño juice. It was PERFECT!

This was an easy dish to make and supper tasty. The only thing I did different was drain the can of corn. It does not say how much or pepper to put in.

Really enjoyed this! We had seconds. Used a full packet of taco seasoning but half as much mince and tomatoes and water. So quick, will definitely make again.

This was good but I added 3 packets of taco seasoning as it was too bland without it. I also added a block of cream cheese to make it creamier.

Made this last night, super easy and super quick. Didn't use chilies, kids don't like that much spice. I added garlic, cumin, turmeric n cilantro. They are my usual base seasoning that we all like. I also use beef broth instead of water. Added about 2 cups cheddar n monetary cheese that I shredded. The pasta was a little underdone I decided to put everything in a disposable tray, sprinkled more cheese on top, put under the broil, took it out when cheese bubbly and getting crispy. Sprinkled scallions on top and it was delicious. Will definitely make it again.

Doubled up the meat and taco seasoning. Offset the pressure cook time to 7 min. Added added an extra half cup of cheese at the end. Make sure to season with salt and pepper before adding the cheese it makes it a bit easier to mix.

I really liked it. My husband and my toddler liked it too. It was pretty easy to make.

Added 1 beef bullion to water added garlic powder onion powder cummin and cayenne

very quick and easy. Add more seasoning though, it's very bland with just one package. I added at least 2 (I buy the bulk taco seasoning). I also used high protein pasta since it holds up so well in the instapot.

I would add a lot more seasoning but the overall the family enjoyed this alternative to tacos.

Tastes basically like hamburger helper, add some more seasoning than recommended for better taco flavor

This was so good! It had a very mild kick to it from the green chiles, but would not taste as good without that!
