Instant Pot Hamburger Helper Recipe

So easy and yummy!

All my kids loved it! I will definitely have to add it to our regular rotation. I forgot to do it in the IP and actually made the pasta the regular way Al dente in a regular pot. I then added back in the meat and other ingredients- only 1C broth, and simmered about 5-10 min until consistency was right. Next time I’ll do in the IP 😆

I would take 1 minute off cook time. Pasta was a bit too soft. Added 1 jalapeño. Could have used two. We used cheddar but I'd like to try other cheeses. Good base recipe. I look forward to making chili mac. Absolutely better than the stuff from the box and you can control ingredients

I used velveeta cheese ( 20oz) and it was creamy and delicious

Entire Family really loved. We used Colby cheddar blend
