Creamy Smoked Sausage Mac and Cheese

I basically modified this recipe to use leftover mac and cheese. I just added the smoked sausage, some milk, cheddar cheese, and a little salt and pepper. Very tasty and a hit with the family.

I didn't use sharp cheddar, as most people in my house don't like that kind of cheese. My husband and I liked it. Our kids didn't seem to care too much for it, but they still ate it. Will probably make it again, and I will try a different cheese. Already have plans on adding bacon to it next time. This is a great recipe for large families and large get togethers.

So simple and really good!

Used velveeta cheese instead and added milk to make it a little creamer. Kids loved it and went back for more.
