Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
In a heated pan, add some olive oil and saute your onions until they become browned and caramelized. Set aside.
Step 3
Lay our your whole wheat rollups onto a baking tray and drizzle each rollup with olive oil. Use a pastry brush or your fingers to ensure a nice even spread of oil
Step 4
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese
Step 5
Top each roll up with onions, ham or prosciutto, and a few dollops of ricotta cheese
Step 6
Sprinkle on basil and season with salt and fresh cracked pepper (go easy on the salt as the Everything Bagel Seasoning contains salt)
Step 7
Bake rollups in the oven for 6 minutes
Step 8
While rollups are baking, heat about a cup of marinara in the microwave
Step 9
Once rollups are done baking, add heated marinara onto the baked rollups and season with Everything Bagel Seasoning
