Pear Cobbler

Very well balanced. I know some have said it wasn't sweet enough. However, adding sugar would upset the balance with the delicate buttermilk crumble. The only suggestion would be a pinch of allspice in with the pears if you are looking for a more exotic flavor, or perhaps a little more cinnamon.

It wasn't bad. The pear filling was delicious but the topping was too biscuity and thick for my taste. I think it would be better with a traditional pie crust.
