I think I actually prefer this method! I'm a texture person and usually Banana Bread can be a bit too moist for me this was perfect! I didn't use chocolate chips, I used chopped nuts, added half a cap of vanilla and made a cinnamon/brown sugar crumb with some of the remaining chopped nuts for the top... DELICIOUS
