Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken

Been wanting to try this for a while now! Finally got to do it tonight and it is FANTASTIC!! Thank you! Now in my permanent dinner rotation.

This was a great recipe! Though I would probably double the sauce as by the time it reduced even a little there wasn’t much leftover. This was really tasty, a little on the sweeter side but great overall. Will make again.

Need to do this again with a couple of changes, but overall it was quite nice! Good balance of mustard and sweetness from the honey. - Used 2 chicken wings instead of breasts (and halved the recipe, enough for 2 portions) - I'll use breasts next time. - Used thick double cream. - Added chopped carrots to the chicken/ sauce. - Served with mash and peas.

Used mini breast fillets, served with roasted veg, was perfect. 3 portions. Would be good with mash or roasted baby potatoes too

I added carrots to this when cooking. I have cooked it several times and it was enjoyed by all, including two young children. I have also made a dairy free version using soya based cream and this worked well also. I served it with honey mustard baby potatoes.

Very tasty indeed. Will definitely be making this again. Added a few extra ingredients, because I can. But just the sauce on its own I could drink in a pint glass.
