finely chopped

1 cupcoconut milk
30mlgranulated sugar
you can reduce or increase sugar to taste
2 TbspThai rice flour
green onions
Thinly sliced, this is the most classic and my fave

Cooked, 1/4 inch cubes, they can be steamed or boiled
