Super indulgent dark chocolate brownies stuffed with white and milk chocolate, topped with biscoff spread and crushed biscoffs

Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs and mix them thoroughly with the brown sugar
Step 2
Melt the butter with the dark chocolate slowly, stirring frequently(every 30 seconds in the microwave)
Step 3
Add the cocoa powder, flour and butter chocolate mix to the eggs and sugar and thoroughly combine
Step 4
Cut the white and milk choc into preferred chunk size and add to the mix
Step 5
Lay in a 25 x 35cm greased and lined baking tin
Step 6
Spoon the biscoff spread in spots all over and press down into the brownie mix, then dragging a cocktail stick across the top in alternating directions to make a pattern
Step 7
Crush the biscoffs and add these on top
Step 8
Bake at 200C for 25-28 minutes. There should be a little wobble on top but not too much
Step 9
Allow to cool completely before running a knife around the edge and removing from the tin using 2 cutting boards - one to flip it out onto and another to flip it back the right way up

Cut into the desired size and enjoy!
