Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is a wonderful treat. Cornbread is a delicious side at any meal. If you're from the South, it's on the table at most meals. It's that good. But, I've made it plenty of times when it turns out dry and crumbly. There's nothing worse than spending time baking cornbread only to have it turn out dry. This recipe solves that. You'll have the most moist Jiffy Cornbread around.

Added chives and cheddar cheese. Also cooked in am 8x8 pan at 375* since we don't have a 9x9 pan. Took a bit longer but tastes great!

Okay holy goodness this was good. I LOVE me some cornbread, especially with a big pat of melting butter on top. I only had one box of Jiffy box mix so of course I halved what the recipe calls for. I used a round cake pan with parchment paper lining to cook. Did 400° for 17 minutes, then let it set on the stove for 5-10 minutes to cool before cutting and serving. Seriously, turned out so soft and moist. I'll never try another way again. This was bomb dot com. Slightly sweet but not overpoweringly so. Even my 4 year old asked for seconds. Still working on the 2 year old. 😂

Was making a lot of different dishes for a meal and needed an easy boxed cornbread recipe. This recipe came out moist and quite good! Wasn’t as sweet as I thought it would be, but was still yummy.

SO good! Very fast and easy. Extremely moist, slightly sweet, and delicious! I would definitely make this again. I made muffins and baked at 400 for about 20 min or until toothpick came out clean.
