Pan Fried Spinach Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

It’s okay. Seems a bit off…bland, I don’t know, but that can be adjusted next time if I make this again. Served this with honey glazed carrots. Will update when the teen tries this. Update: Teen said the chicken is off, so glad I didn’t eat more than a bite! He tried the filling that was left in the bowl and said it would be good with chicken. I’ll make this again. (I don’t have a sense of smell at all so couldn’t smell the new package of chicken was bad.)

I overestimated the amount of cheese needed, and added too much. The vegetables are a bit stringy and hard to chew, I parboiled some fresh spinach as there is no frozen ones, it may have caused this difference. It still tastes good tho, if a bit too much cheese (through my own fault).

Made this with a side of glazed carrots. Added some onion powder, & garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture along with the original recipes ingredients! Soooo good!

Added a bit more spinach but it was awesome 👏 served with velveta shells Mac n cheese but added in some of the left over filling and that was also awesome! Seasoned the filing and chicken.
