(You will be melting this); 3/4 cup light brown sugar; 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 1 large egg + 1 yolk; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 cups all-purpose flour (you can add an extra 1/4 cup flour if your dough is too runny); 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1 cup Cadbury Eggs (crushed (put in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin or meat mallet)); 1/4 cup unsalted butter ( softened to room temperature); 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; Pinch of Salt; 1-2 tablespoons milk; Green food coloring; Cadbury Eggs (whole)
