Sausage Potato Soup

Loved it. Did not use heavy cream used milk and thickened with cornstarch. Added 1 cup of mixed vegetables

Ground sausage, red patatoes carrots, corn,leeks and onion!

Used spicy sausage, added cream of corn. Need to have bread with it next time!

Really good with spicy sausage, would add corn next time.

This is so good, I love potatoes and Italian sausage. Such a refreshing soup.

Other than using spicy Italian sausage I followed recipe exactly, including the optional corn (1/3 cup). Husband said yes I could make it again, lol. Was a little thin so I added about 2 tablespoons of instant mashed potatoes. So maybe not 100% exactly. Side note: This was even better the 2nd day. Yum!

I used Aidells chicken & apple sausage. I also used Simply potatoes for a very easy soup. So good. Top with French’s crispy fried onions.

I also added Kale for some greens!
