Crockpot Potato Soup with Frozen Hash Browns

Leave out the ranch. Maybe add some onions & ham??

I omitted cheddar...was plenty coagulating without. Used kielbasa, not bacon. May cut back on ranch a bit...but yes'm...smiles ahead! Oh, used dehydrated onion as our last remaining one was soft... It's yummmalicious!

This turned out so good! I added extra seasonings (salt, pepper, thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder). Very easy to make and very tasty. My cream cheese didn’t melt fully but that’s okay.
