Instructions

Step 1
Clean, peel and cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Cut up the vegetables into bite-size pieces as well. Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces as well.
Step 2
Sauté or air fry bacon and sausage. Remove the meat. Save the grease in the pan. Crumble bacon and set aside for topping set aside sausage.
Step 3
In the bacon fat, sauté the vegetables until soft then add the potatoes and cook. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring every a few minutes.
Step 4
Add half a tablespoon of butter and seasoned with nature seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, a dash of chipotle, or cayenne pepper, slap, your mama, basil, and a pinch of sage
Step 5
Add chicken broth to cover the potato and vegetables add half a cup of milk fourth a cup of heavy cream fourth a cup of ranch dressing and a squeeze of sour cream. Mix and then set slow cook on high for an hour on low for two hours.
Step 6
Check potatoes halfway through to see if they’re fork tender. When the potatoes are tender, add a handful of cheese and add back in sausage and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally so the cheese doesn’t clump.
Step 7
