6-ingredient Gooey Swedish Chocolate Cake (Kladdkaka)

Underwhelming. It just tasted like butter, sugar, and cocoa. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this was just meh.

I was massively disappointed that I overbaked this and the middle wasn't gooey! But it still tasted really nice. I did 25 minutes and in my oven it was too much. I'll try 20 next time. The top didn't crack for me either! I also reduced the sugar by 0.5 cup (so I did 1.25 cup total) and it was perfectly fine for sweetness.

I had to bake it for 30 minutes and it was a hit in my Swedish family. It was easy and tasted like its supposed to.

Like a brownie cake! Be careful not to overbake. I thought I did but it was nice & gooey in the middle.

Wasnt that gooey and moist but i only had a bigger pan to bake it so yeah. Def a bit over 30 min bake.

Spontaneously made this & it did not disappoint! Was so easy (even with a toddler helping). Just wish I'd had cream to go with it 🤤🤤🤤

Used glass pan and turned out great. Similar to a brownie just gooey.

I've made this a couple times now. In my experience, sifting the flour, sugar, Cocoa, always produced a better outcome. Also, do not over-do it with the powdered sugar, like I did with this one! Lol

Talk about rich, sweet, delicious... It took longer than 25 minutes to cook in my oven. But sooooo yummy.

Love when they have them at Ikea. Loved to find out it was so easy. Be cautious not to overcook! So yummy 😋
