The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

The flavor of these were sooo good. The brown butter makes all the difference.

These are SO good!! They remind me of Panera chocolate chip cookies, but way better. I used mini chocolate chips, and only 1.75 cup (not 2), and really glad I did because there was almost too much chocolate chips for me. I am pretty sure I burned my browned butter 😬, but they were still incredible. Took mine our right at 11 min when edges were just barely browned, and that turned out perfect!

Refrigerated dough for 30min is a must, use 2” scoop. Use chocolate chunks for the top, sprinkle with sea salt while still hot. Let cool for 2min after removing from oven, and then let cool on cooling rack. Let brown butter come to room temperature or cool in fridge, but too long in fridge directly will change the consistency.
