Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Wash and dry blackberries and coat with a light layer of flour.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
In another mixing bowl, add sugar and canola oil. Mix until combined. Then mix in eggs, greek yogurt and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
Step 5
Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in the blackberries.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Cool before removing from the loaf pan and serving.
