Instant Pot General Tso's Chicken

You don't need an instant pot, I just used a Saute pan. But the sauce is good!

Everyone loved it- so easy to make in pan on stove (no need to use IP). Added a lot of onion and mushrooms. Will double recipe next time. Served with side of garlic bok choy.

Easier to just cook on stove rather than on the sauté setting I'm instant pot.

It felt like there was too much corn starch going off the measurements, so use your judgement to make sure you don't coat your chicken too thickly like I did. Otherwise, very good. Not spicy at all, so if you're a spice fan you should add some more chili flakes or hotter peppers.

Very good. I like mine spicier so I use more Chilli flakes and actually put them in the sauce as opposed to garnish. Next time will make a little extra sauce to spoon over dish as well.

added seasoning to the cornstarch. added chili pepper flakes to sauce. added broccoli, bok choy, and greens to mixture.
