At a certain cheesecake shop, I heard that you should let the filling sit overnight before baking, so I took that tip for this recipe. -For those who would like to enjoy a richer Camembert flavor, use 2 packs of Camembert (200 g) and 100 g of cream cheese. -Poke with a toothpick after letting it sit for at least 30 minutes.
