Overnight Mac & Cheese

Make 1 day ahead

Used 2 cups heavy cream and 1 cup 1% milk. Noodles were good texture and had cheesy sauce inside them! Much less work than bechamel sauce.

Delicious! Maybe the best macaroni and cheese recipe and perfect for easy entertaining because you assemble a day in advance

Makes a large serving which is great for leftovers or a big crowd. Very easy just requires time to plan ahead
