Lasagna Stuffed Peppers from earlier this week...
These were so comforting & delicious!! I used up a slosh of Sweet Basil Marinara sauce and leftover kale that M had prepped from his soup he made on the weekend. This was also my first time using ricotta! I was raised with cottage cheese for lasagna, but there wasn't any at my store. Absolutely delicious 😋 😍
And it was so quick to put together with the prep!
