peeled and cut into 2cm chunks

3 Tbspmadras curry paste
or your favourite curry paste

fat, crushed

3 cmfresh ginger
piece, grated, no need to peel

1 tspblack mustard seeds

2 Tbspnon-dairy milk
such as soya or oat milk
