Instructions
Step 1
Scramble 2-3 eggs well. You can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk or cream to make them extra fluffy, and salt if you’d like *
Step 2
You should use a high quality nonstick pan, and I highly recommend the Great Jones Small Fry. It’s the perfect size for 2-3 eggs and has a nontoxic ceramic coating, and you can shop it directly from this post below!
Step 3

Step 4
p id=”instruction-step-4″>4. Use a flexible silicone spatula, so you can really get in there (without scratching the pan) <
Step 5
id=”instruction-step-5″>5. Most importantly: LOW HEAT and SCRAMBLE ENTIRE TIME! Don’t get impatient 😉 I usually scramble pushing from the outside of the pan and toward the center <
Step 6
id=”instruction-step-6″>6. Turn off heat and remove eggs from pan *just* before they look fully cooked. They’ll still be a tiny bit gooey but will continue cooking slightly. You want them to be super soft and fluffy!
