Instructions

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk.
Step 2
Slice the tomato.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the eggs. The entire bottom of the pan should be covered.

Place the toast slices in the egg mixture and allow to soak briefly. Then flip the toast slices.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, flip the egg along with the toast in one swift motion.
Step 6
Spread the toast slices with the sauce and top each with a slice of cheese.
Step 7
Put the ham on one half and the lettuce and tomato slices on the other half.
Step 8
Finally fold in the sides and stack the toast slices on top of each other.
