Vegan Smoked Salmon (Carrot Lox)

I made this with 1 tsp dried dill and when I measured out the capers, I drained off the brine. It's surprisingly really, really good! I put my carrot lox on top of an oven toasted pretzel bun and some tofu cream cheese. I will definitely make this again!
