Zucchini Muffins with Skyr

Great muffins. I used 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, and the texture was very pleasant. I didn't add nutmeg, and I did add chocolate chips. Had to lure in my kids who would normally reject suspicious green pieces. And it worked!
