I listened to Andrea in the notes and added some spices to the chicken for the filling. Turned out fantastic! I'll make again for sure, especially when my tomatillos are in season.

Makes leftovers

Excellent!! So much better than a canned enchilada sauce! The only change I make is to add additional seasonings to my chicken filling.
