Serve with your favorite crusty bread. Kapusta [kah-POOS-tah], the Russian, Belarusian, Hungarian, Polish, Ukrainian, Czech (used mainly to refer to Savoy cabbage and sometimes Brussels sprout) and Slovak word for cabbage, is a popular dish in Polish and Slovak cooking.
