How To Make Mango Dragon Fruit Smoothie From Tropical Paradise
Instructions
Prep:5min
Mango dragon fruit smoothie is a refreshing tropical blend of frozen dragon fruit, mango, and plant-based milk that helps the body endure hot weather. I like to add strawberries for a delicious twist. The best thing is that you can make it with endless variations! I have spent one and a half years in West Palm Beach, Florida. One thing that I often make during hot weather is the Dragon fruit smoothies. Dragon fruits are ample in the local markets, and I have grown them in my garden. Usually, I have to wait for my baby dragon fruit to grow so I can make smoothies out of it, but I also buy some frozen dragon fruits from the market to make the heat tolerable with icy cold smoothies. My niece, who was around 13 years old at that time, visited her grandparents in Florida. She asks for dragon fruit and mango slush (She calls it that) every time she visits me during her 2 month stay at her grandparents’ home. Honestly, it is so creamy and healthy when we combine mangoes with dragon fruit, strawberries, and coconut milk. You can find dragon fruits in markets. Look for pitaya if you can’t find dragon fruit because it is the other name for dragon fruit.
