The Best Keto Chicken Nuggets (Chick-Fil-A Copycat)

Tasty, but breading didn't stick well. Maybe different brand of pork rinds or mixing with just a bit of starch.

Wow, wow, wow... I've just started keto and still get cravings so this... Honestly have no words.. YIUVE GOT TO TRY IT! 😍

Didn't get a picture because the first batch was gone so fast! Hubs and I are NSNG and are slowly getting the kids there too, along with cutting out seed oils. These were a HUGE hit (even better than Dino nuggets I was told)! There is another large batch in the making to freeze for lunches. I did use chicken tenders cut into chunks instead of whole chicken breasts. I'm not a pickle fan at all, but these were good - I could taste the pickle juice, but I still enjoyed them. I may use a different brine solution in the future, but none of the kids said anything about pickle flavor.

These turned out well! I think I should have tenderized the chicken ahead of time though. It’s a lot work to prep them and get them ready, but definitely scratches and itch for breaded food!

These turned out amazing! I am far from a ‘cook’ and am pleased with how easy these were.

My gluten free partner was so happy about these. They really turned out great. These will definitely be part of our regular rotation now!
