Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine the ground flaxseed with the water. Set aside for several minutes or until the flaxseed has gelled up.
Step 3
Add ripe banana, mash until combined.
Step 4
Add coconut oil, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Step 5
Add whole wheat all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until combined.
Step 6
Add in chocolate chips and fold into the mixture.Form into small, 1 inch balls. Add to parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the outer edges and brown and crispy.
Step 8
Let sit for several minutes and enjoy!
