Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees for at least 5 minutes, using the “bake” setting (if applicable)
Step 2
In a bowl whisk together butter and sugars, then whisk in egg and vanilla until combined well
Step 3
Mix in flour, baking powder and salt to form a dough, then fold in chocolate chips
Step 4
Roll dough into ball, then flatten into cookie shape
Step 5
Place cookie on top of a piece of greased aluminum foil, then put into air fryer. Air fry for 5-6 minutes**
Step 6
Let cool for at least 5 minutes
