Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Rolls come out lovely. I used bakers bread flour and followed the commenter with the additional 1/3 cup sugar in the yeast mix. The most recent time I used 3/4 cup whey from cheese making and half a cup of milk instead of all milk.

Made in the bread machine - added 1/3c sugar (like the comment before me suggested) and put 4 tbsp butter in. Add some butter on top while they’re warm and they’re the perfect dupe. My son ate 4 immediately. If that doesn’t say Texas Roadhouse, idk what does.

Scaled milk then pour into mixer bowl. Let it cool to 80-90 degrees. Add yeast, honey, & SUGAR 1/3rd cup. Let sit until foamy Add salt & 1 egg at room temperature Add 4tbsp melted butter Add 2 cups of flour and mix before adding any more
