The seasoning was great and it cooked beautifully. Definitely making again

The concept is lovely and it bakes beautifully, but I unfortunately did not enjoy combination of spices and sugar. Will make chicken this way again for sure but will change the seasoning.

For larger chicken breasts, bake an additional 10 minutes.

It was very easy and tasty

I loved the brown sugar mixture. It really gave it a nice look and flavor. Will do this again and maybe play with the seasonings.

I used chicken breast tenderloins and replaced half of the black pepper with cayenne pepper. This is very good, although extremely greasy.

Nice and straight forward - my 5 year old who doesn't normally eat a lot of meat loved this which was nice. I'd advise against covering everything else on the plate with the sauce as it can be a bit sweet.

I forgot to take a picture, but the whole family enjoyed it a lot.

It was delicious with a baked sweet potato. Definitely a keeper recipe.

Substituted brown sugar for honey as I didn't have brown sugar

Amazing, it's sweet (due to the sugar), so added potatoes in a mustard coating. Took me 1.5 hour, 0.5h out of that was boning the chicken thighs - next time buying pre-boned:)

I stuffed the chicken breast with onion and peppers. It can be made with chorizo or jam and cheese. It's really easy.

I loved this dish. Next time I think I'll broil it at the end. Some of the bacon wasn't crispy.

One note I would add is that you might want to start broiling the chicken for a couple more minutes than recommended. For me, this makes it crisp up real nice... But in order to avoid overcooking, what I do is start broiling after the chicken reaches like 130ish internal temperature, then broil on high until it reaches 160 and let it rest up to 165. That worked better for me at least! But pan size, cut of chicken, etc. are all factors you might consider

I suggest cooking for 45 minutes as my chicken was undercooked after 30.
