Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
Step 2
2. Season the chicken breasts, lay on a board and wrap 3 slices of bacon around each fillet, overlapping slightly and ensuring the ends of the bacon are under the chicken so they don’t unwrap.

3. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.

4. Pour over the barbecue sauce and tear over the mozzarella. Scatter with Parmesan, if using, then bake for 5-8 mins until golden and bubbling.

5. Serve with your choice of side and enjoy!
