Instructions

Step 1
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350F.
Step 2
PREPARE YOUR BAKING DISH BY LINING WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR FOIL
Step 3
MIX DRY CAKE MIX, MELTED BUTTER & 1 EGG. PRESS MIXTURE INTO BAKING DISH & SPEAD EVENLY. THE MIXTURE WILL BE A THICK DOUGH, USING A SPATULA OR BACK OF A SPOON WORKS TO SPREAD IT EVENLY.
Step 4
IN A SEPARATE BOWL, MIX CREAM CHEESE, REMAINING EGGS, COCOA MIX & POWDERED SUGAR. MIX ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL WELL COMBINED. THEN POUR THE MIXTURE ON TOP OF THE FIRST LAYER IN THE BAKING DISH.
Step 5
BAKE FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER-BAKE, YOU WANT THE CENTER TO STILL BE GOOEY!
Step 6
LET THE CAKE COOK FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING INTO SQUARES AND SERVING.
